Joinery and fitted work

Doors, skirtings, staircases and fitted storage made and fitted to suit the building rather than off a standard sheet.

Plastering and decoration

Flat walls and clean lines, the finish that shows up every corner cut earlier in the job.

Flooring

Timber, tile and engineered floors laid on a base that has been checked, levelled and prepared.

Certified trades

Electrics, heating and gas handled by certified trades, coordinated by us and signed off properly.

Questions

Asked and answered.

Can you do just the interior of a property?

Yes. Plenty of jobs are internal only, whether that is a kitchen and bathroom or a whole house refurbished room by room.

Do you supply the kitchen and bathroom units?

We can supply and fit, or fit units you have chosen and bought yourself. Both work, and we will tell you honestly which makes more sense for your budget.

Will the house be liveable while the work is on?

On most internal refurbishments, yes, by phasing rooms so there is always a working kitchen and bathroom. Where that is not possible we say so before you commit.

Who does the electrics and the gas?

Certified trades we work with regularly, programmed in by us and certificated at the end. You do not chase them, we do.

How long does a kitchen or bathroom take?

A bathroom is usually one to two weeks and a kitchen two to three, assuming no structural changes. Anything that involves moving walls or services adds to that and we say so at quote stage.
